Our Process

Stage 1

Quote Request

Receive quote request or tender documentation including specifications and opening measurements.

Stage 2

Purchase Order

Receive Purchase Order from Customer. Unifold send D16 for approval. Once received, Unifold send an invoice for deposit.

Stage 3

Project Confirmation

Payment received. Track installation lead time confirmed and track installation is booked. Allow 1 - 2 weeks.

Stage 4

Track Install

Unifold install track and discuss panel install process.

Stage 5

Final Confirmation

Final Measurement taken and shop drawings completed for approval before panel production.

Stage 6

Panel Production

Shop drawings are approved. Lead times for manufacture are confirmed and Panels scheduled for manufacturing. Allow 6 – 8 weeks and depending finishes availability. Unifold invoice balance, to be received prior to installation confirmation.

Stage 7

Panel Install Confirmed

Final payment is received. Panels are booked for install.

Stage 8


Panels are installed and signed for with comprehensive training provided.
