Our Process

Stage 1

Quote Request

Unifold will receive a quote request or tender package which includes specifications and measurements.

Stage 2

Purchase Order

You’re ready to go! Send us your purchase order and our friendly staff will send you through and invoice and our D16 form to get the project underway.

Stage 3

Project Confirmation

Once Unifold has received your payment, our installation team will be in contact to organise the head and track installation and site measurement.

Stage 4

Track Install

Our experienced installers will attend site to install the track and discuss the panel installation.

Stage 5

Final Confirmation

While our team is onsite, final measurements will be confirmed for shop drawings to be provided for approval.

Stage 6

Panel Production

Our sales representatives will complete the shop drawings to be approved for your project. Once we receive approval, your project will be scheduled to be manufactured and our administration team will send through the final invoice.

Stage 7

Panel Installation Confirmed

Once the final payment is received, our installations team will be in contact to organise a suitable day to complete the installation.

Stage 8

Installation

Your panels are complete! Our installers will come back to site to install the panels and provide training to use your brand new operable wall!
